Just walking, 2018

These works were part of my last solo show I AM NOW NAKED, and are part of the series Just Walking, which I did Miami Beach. What we see here is the result of some exercises I did that derive from my strolls in this city. I register part of these strolls, that must be 60 minutes long, and in each one, there is a rule that makes me do some kind of movements depending on a third party’s decision and not on my own. The colors are inspired in Miami’s Art Deco. Even though it is a digital print, it is printed on canvas because I decided these are paintings that I made with my own body.
