Clay is the matter which the first inhabitants of the Earth were made of: Adam and Lilith. They were both created at the same time and from the same matter.

For this piece, I picked several stones I found near rivers and covered them with clay that has the texture of lace. Creating a tension between the fragility of clay that takes the shape of a delicate lace and the hardness of the stone. This piece is an analogy of the pacific union between women and men and the fusion of both the feminine and masculine worlds.
