Using the four indefinite pronouns: everybody, somebody, anybody, nobody, we can see the importance that words have. These pronouns are ambiguous, we don’t know the name or gender of the included people. It reduces from everybody, or all, to nobody. It’s the dissolution of gender differences, but emphasizing in the word body, because, generally, it’s the body, specifically the genitalia, that marks us as women or men. Instead of typing with the typewriter, as I generally do, I used a computer, because gender issues are contemporary.
