Ephemeral Shapes, 2018
Lightjet print on Hahnemühle paper, 29×22 cm each (series of 3 + AP).

As part of my exercises to find the zero-degree in art, I photographed shadows of things that were not going to be permanently in the place I found them. These shapes are beautiful, and ephemeral, so I decided to capture them. I did the photographs with my cellphone, and not with my professional camera, that I would have used to make any professional photograph.

Afterwards, I used some digital filters to change the image’s color and printed them on cotton paper to make it look like a watercolor painting.
